Indemnity

I the User and my Third Parties understand the Disclaimer unconditionally. I the User and my Third Parties waive any rights under local, state, federal and international laws for the impeachment or prosecution of the Hive and The Web Host. I the User and my Third Parties indemnify the Hive and The Web Host from any and all legal prosecution and liability.
