      House Raided by HAZMAT and DEA

this is my last post, i snuck to my computer. Last night my houes was raided by dea, hazmat and related agencies. 9,840 grams of ecstacy powder was retrieved, along with thousands of dollars in chemicals and lab equipment. Any further postings on this name can be assumed to be a DEA agent, and disregard. This is especially true if anybody on this name is trying to source things. Just wanted to warn hive bee's before something that happened to me happens to someone else.

Good luck. It's another sad day here at the hive. I can't believe how many bees I've met here over the years been implicated in legal crap. I guess the moral of the story is 1) don't keep drugs at your place 2) never ever sell. I've always followed these rules for better or worse... but I still say a prayer for myself, because I know I'm just a stones throw from where you and other of my friends are at.

Lets think positive for this guy. If he is a first offender and gets a good lawyer there are a few things that could happen. The lawyer can throw the whole process into slow-mo... Tons and Tons of continuances. Testing of a small sample (of dope) through a private lab will delay even more and possibly expose evidence tampering. If he can work a possible debilitating condition (metal or physical) he could convince the judge that he is either disabled or has an extreme drug problem. <--Possibly warrants extensive drug rehab versus jailtime (if is proven disabled or first offender). Also it is very possible that the case is dropped from the federal level to the state level so that parole is possible instead of the "what you see is what you get fed time". Yes, club fed prisons are more pleasant (if there is such a thing)..But- A twenty year sentence can be served in 2-4 years on the state level with a non-violent drug crime. For a first offender the prosecutor will most likely throw out a 15-20 year initial sentence. But--If you play your cards right and get a good judge (and use the old stall tactic) the prosecutor will keep reducing the sentence until virtually nothing. Also there is a strong possibility that your lawyer (good one) will get in tight with the judge..and If you dress nice and show that you are a good boy he will go further and further away from hard time. Prisons are for murderers and rapists..you are not one of them (I hope). They dont want to put you in there if they dont have to..you cost them probably more tax dollars to keep you there than any amount of money you prolly ever made in the illicit biz. Play the shitty system for what it is! Stay your ass out of it!!

Ps. I thought some more about your plight and wanted to add: If you don't want to leave the country you absolutely must get the best lawyer(s) money can buy. Money means nothing now and if you were cranking out that much honey hopefully you have some cash put aside for such a situation like is happening now. However if you got caught with armament or stolen stuff or the like also - my previous advice is prefered.

Enlistment requirements

- to be between the age of 17 and 40 years old (Parental or legal tutor authorization is required for minors),
- to hold a valid official identity card,
- to be physically fit for duty wherever he may be needed,

The first contract is for five years

I'm afraid I haven't reviewed as many of Jean-Claulde Van Damme's cinematic achievements as I probably should have. I did rent Cyborg once, but only because I heard there was a titty scene in it. It was barely visable on screen for 3 seconds though so I was pretty disappointed.

I do find the 4.5 star rating hard to believe.

my computer was seized, along with most all earthly possesions i have had, along with numerous assault rifles, etc. I posted bail and have a little while to decide on my course of action. I already put up a $15,000 retainer and have one of the best criminal lawyers money can buy. The worst part is, the DEA agent that questioned me, informed me that he was surprised, as they confiscated many gallons (roughly 16) of nitromethane, (2-3)ether, and the horrible sassafras oil, but none of it was traced to me. If the cops were not called, i would have been a rich man. i just bought my sassy too, a 50kg drum straight from china :o(. I think i'm going to leave the country, as also im facing other charges (felony posession of a concealed automatic firearm). I hope all bees do not end up the way i did, as i will either have a life in prison with my brother, or will be running for years to come. God be with you all.

This was also true for the p-phed they took from me. I was caught due to the gun charge, as i was arrested and caught with a concealed mac-10 under my trench coat. This led to that, and a local cop that is friends with family wanted to "do the right fucking thing", and decided to have poke around my lab shit. once he found a few pounds of PETN, and ANNM plastic explosives (Ammonium Nitrate Nitromethane), he decided to have people come in. My advice to people is, never carry any concealed weapons, unless absolutely necessary... also, if you plan on buying large quatities of sassy, DO NOT GET IT SHIPPED TO YOUR HOUSE. Dea had a field day when the found that, which then led to the discovery of a brick of ecstacy salt that was bigger than most marijuana bags in my area :o(

OK so you handled the acquisition fairly well.. But it is unfortunate to say that, it is people like you making things for people me harder. You give legislators and the DEA new harder statistics to link domestic and foreign terrorism into the war on drugs. A few meth labs here were busted recently and cops/hazmat found the entire building rigged with explosives and thermite. They arrived while the gus were on a supply run. The guys come back with a car load of pills, solvents, etc and right into the police serving a warrant for failure to appear in court for a traffic violation. Completely unrealated now an absent court presence is costing them 25-45 years instead of 100 bucks or a suspended license.

I can't count how mant times the people I know or hear of have been bsted for something, mostly cooking, for unrelated offenses... And the break only one law is a very good guideline. Like LT says, it takes long enough to prepare the proper execution of one illegal crime and get away with it, and to be commiting multiple instances with a blind eye is just plain dumb.. Some people manage to commit all kinds of offenses without thinking of any of them and get away with it, but that is much like hiv patients who are non progressors, Don't count on your personal experince to be the same because the chences are near none.

I hate to say this as well, people making plastic explosives, carrying concealed mac-10's, and wearing trench coats don't need to be associated with the XTC market. Nothing personal dude, it's just more fuel for the government propoganda. Like have you heard the anti marijuana ads on tv and radio lately??? My point exactly. Marijuana funds terrorism, marijuana more dangerous than we ever thought. I know people who have been buying equipment. chems, and etc for years now spending several grand(and this stuff is second hand cheap) on it all and are still quite a ways from completing an inconspicous laboratory. And the dude just want to make multigram quantities of persoanal hallucinagens.. Needless to say he doesn't go anywere very often and is very careful.

Anyway when cops arrest someone like you who has been sterotyped to columbine and other extremely violent and disturbing shit and find them making kg's of XTC then it gets worse for us and better for them. Explain to me how someone who knows what their doing and knows how to handle/dispose of chemicals properly is any danger to the public making drugs in their home... It's not, it's that simple.. Cops never run across a real lab (or at least not very often) maybe once a yaer, but instead they run across ghetto rigged tubes,gass cans, propane hcl generators, enviromental dump sites, and usually bad lab accidents, and when they find shit like explosives then shit hits the fan.

I do hate that you got caught, but I hate it worse that someone of your stereotype has to be associated with this absolutely marvelous chemical. Especially with the explosives and guns. Just think if a false, government funded scientist can make the laws stiffer for XTC, imagne what will happen if ten more peopls like you get busted like this.. It will be a "dangerous epidemic", "methlabs growing like mushrooms", etc. It makes me sick, really it does.
