The Phencyclidine Analogs | |||||||
I am trying to determine the potency of the N-ethyl and thiophene analogs of phencyclidine. Although I am sure they are both slightly more potent than PCP, I would like to have a better idea of the appropriate dosages. I am also curious as to the dosage for the pyrrolidine homolog of PCP, though I understand that it is not qualatively similar to PCP and gives more of a barbiturate feeling. If anyone has had any experiences with any of these compounds, please share. |

They are often referred to as their abbreviations PCE and TCP, and their comparative potency can be found in Table IV under the heading V. Dissociative Anesthetics - Arylcycloalkylamines in W. H.
