Piracetam + PEAs

Does piracetam reduce the damaging effects from phenethylalamines (sp?)? Do PEAs themselves damage the brain, or just the free radicals left during their breakdown/metabolism?

And does piracetam protect you/help? The piracetam FAQ says not to drink while on it, because increased blood flow to the brain caused by pira increases alcohol's damaging effects? Is this the same with PEAs?
