At one time I thought I was 100% country girl...................I can't take any more critters!!!!

I have now installed FIREFOX.

Can someone please explain to me, why Firefox is horse, bug, worm and etc free?

Is it just a matter time before this changes?

Can someone please explain to me, why Firefox is horse, bug, worm and etc free?

No program is perfect. People attempting to hack computers are going exploit software with a 95% market share, not the 5% of computer users who are educated enough to not use what everyone else is using.

There probably are exploits in Firefox, but usually when people find a bug in open source software, they write the patch for it instead of a virus.

imho it also has a lot to do with the fact that there is no active-x scripting in firefox.

Make sure you have the latest virus/spyware software installed and keep it upto date, I.E. atleast once a week. There are several free programs (i reccomend AVG, AD-Aware and Spybot these combined are great). 9/10 they will be better than the shitty norton programs that most idiots pay for.
