      bout of paranoia

well yesterday i saw a chopper fly over my house. and ever since i have been looking over my shoulder, looking in shadows.... thinking of chucking the whole thing.

my question is, just how big are big brothers eyes and ears? I have never ordered a chem in my life and have not reached a stage where anything i have done is yet illegal (at least i think!). all ordering has been done by a friend and been dropped in inconspicuous places to be picked up later. the most trackable thing i believe i have done is spend about a 1000 hours reading posts on this board and a few others (is that enough to start and investigation?) do the 3 letter agencies have enuff manpower to  track everyone that visits these boards and has others order for them? oh i am in the states btw. and my oil was ordered in canada and repacked, shipped here (about 3 #s). am i being excessively paranoid? or have i made stupid mistakes that make it right for me to be that way?

thanks for any replies

      and the answer is...

]am i being excessively paranoid? or have i made stupid mistakes that make it right for me to be that way?

The answer is yes to both questions, judging from your post. Whether its paranoia-- or they are really after you-- I can't tell. I can only guess whether the paranoia is drug induced. If they are really after you, it isn't necessarily paranoia, but it can also be paranoia, since you can be paranoid and they can be after you at the same time.

About the helicopter --- let me assure you that law enforcement does not spend the money to operate a chopper and pay the pilot for shits and giggles. They do it for public relations. I have yet to find a law enforcement agency with the money to do investigations by helicopter, even for pot growers in the city limits. The National Guard choppers around here are made available to the local sheriffs each fall to aid and assist them in harvesting the local marijuana crops just before the growers do, but the budget for that work is in the military appropriations bill, and is not paid by law enforcement.

All of which suggests you have either done too much, or are hopelessly paranoid. Or they could be after you. I suspect if they were, they would already have landed.

not done too much... maybe to little

Well I suppose thats a great answer for a ridiculous post. heh. I havent done too much... none at all. I guess what I am searching for is what are the most common mistakes and even not so common mistakes bees make that leads them to being under suspicion? or being investigated? Fist of all no one but myself and my friend (whom also does very little) knows of these activities. Now I can't control him, but even he does not know where I do my little experiments. (you get the idea that i am naturally paranoid?) secondly I am extremely careful that no smells or fumes escape the house. thirdly nothing is in evidence if some one actually peers into the house. lastly I am commonly seen trimming the bushes, mowing the lawn and such so any nosey neighbors think i am an average joe. Is there any other precations i could or should make? I am hoping having my friend get all the chems is enuff.

Yes. Make your friend 'disappear'.

Do you even know it was a police helicopter or are you just freaking out because the ABC News helicopter flew over your house to get a traffic report?

      paranoria...

One of the worst mistakes you can make is getting paranoid over every little thing.  Imagine what you will be like when something actually does happen?  I have seen so damn many people tell on themselves by behaving such as this.  You need to get a grip on it or get out while you can. With this way of thinking and reacting, it's just a matter of time.crazy

Just remember Occam's Razor when dealing with your paranoia.
http://pespmc1.vub.ac.be/OCCAMRAZ.html

Always use the simplest explanations. When I would get paranoid, I would think logically to myself "am I worth the effort I am imagining?" - usually the answer is no. But I was a small fish...and I would advise you to stay that way as well.

because of swims geographical situation police

because of swims geographical situation police choppers fly past his house more often than not.
Its happended a few times when swim looks out his window and stared into the face of a chopper, really makes the paranoia kick in big time.

I personally don't think bee's should be worried about choppers unless they got a grow on the property they bee occuping, or are columbian. That's basically the extent of chopper narco-enforcement at least whereever my friends lived. Once or thrice a year they do extensive flyovers looking for mary-jane fields.

      When they land

I'd worry about them when they landed in the yard. No sense worrying about them before then, and then, its too late to worry about them. So, don't worry about them.

I think your paranoia is getting the best of you. Read this post Post 469680 (pickler: "A little advice from experience", Law and Order) . Now that will make you paranoid.

Yeah... being paranoid can only lead to dire...

Yeah... being paranoid can only lead to dire things. SWIDP has grown Herb (10 plants at the most) where they live for a long time now and since SWIDP lives close to a heliport police helicopters fly by often... not to mention all the ones that fly by that are not landing or taking off from there. SWIDP has never got a visit from anyone about their plants. Of course SWIDP has a lot of different legal plants/shrubs intermingled with it though... one of the shrubs leaves looks really close to Herb leaves. Being paranoid could get you busted faster than the other things you are worried about (e.g. ordering chemicals, performing reactions). Bee careful... not paranoid. Make sure you have a good excuse for everything in your house and make sure everything is in the right place. Make things look right and most people will think they are right.

I just read Pickler's post... good info there. Yeah... never ever ever ever tell anyone what you do. I know for some it's really hard not to brag, but if you have to... do it on here where you can do so anonymously. Never sell anything to people in your neighborhood, where you work, or even to your friends... if there even is such a thing. Don’t even sell anything at all.

Crank is part of this complete breakfast.

      Paranoia - hah...

"Just because you're PARANOID doesn't mean there's noone out there wanting to bust you!" *lol*

I know a guy who frequently grew some 5-10 plants in his garden - until one day, a chopper flew by very deep, stopped right over his house, turned around two or three times and flew away. The poor guy panicked IMMEDIATELY and cut off all his non-mature mary jane plants (they always used to look VERY nice you know) - just to have the "lucky surprise" of a guy ringing at his door the next day, tryin to sell him photos of his house...

They were actually a company trying to sell house pictures from above to people with nice house/garden...laugh

      Some paranoia is good tho...

It makes swim take several other precautions when embarking on something potentially incriminating. Becoming so lost in your paranoia that you become delusional, well that is a very bad thing. But once swim hit a big score k, and swim was so paranoid prior to the taking, he even put duct tape on the soles of shoe to eliminate any unique markings. Latex gloves and a disguise was worn. Even swapping cars. SWIM even planted evidence for an alibi. Overboard? Maybe... But swim walked away unscathed from the investigation. It is good to a point.

      The Friendly LE Neighbors

Swim's got 2 separate next door neighbors who are LE. Since the land he lives on is long and oddly shaped that's 2 out of 7 separate "next door" neighbors.

He doesn't worry at all about their presence but he makes certain to go about his business in ways that will never arouse their suspicions.

Investigation?  I don't know all the details here, nor do I want to.  However, if you had been under suspicion and was being watched, this would have drawed more attention.  It's not considered to be "normal" walking around in disquise with duct tape on shoes and wearing latex gloves.  At least not where I live anyway.  The more a person strays away from his or her regular routine, the more quilty they will look.

lol... well, in this case being Paranoid shouldn't be a bad thing... you seem like a knowledgeable Bee. wink

ChemoSabe being that close to LE may actually be a good thing. SWIDP pondered the idea of setting up something large scale in a building that was next to LE. I know this sounds crazy, but I would be willing to put money on it that LE thinks "someone would never have an operation like that this close to us!"... basically using their own mentality against them.

      Cops as Neighbors

A female "drug buddy" of swims is good friends with the newly appointed county DA. Why? He used to be a good drug buddy of hers in college.

What she told swim is that it is a good thing to have cops as neighbors. She claims that they really want to be on good terms with their neighbors and that they really do want to just be considered "average people" when away from their jobs.

Neither of these two neighbor cops will ever show up at their home dressed in their uniform and neither take their patrol cars home. As an outside observer coming into the neighborhood you would never know that two cops lived in it. Never.

Plus if they know you somewhat personally and have a good opinion of you if you happen to get into some trouble around your home and a detective happens to interview them for character witness purposes their word will mean a bit more than the average joe. If you've had good rapport with them and you aren't in too deep of shit they'll often give you a little help.

But you still do not want to pull any major blunders under their nose. They will protect the neighborhood if they see you as a threat to it as indeed they should if you really are one.
