RP is a list 1 chemical with zero threshold. (For those not registered with the DEA.) There are a few legitimate uses in industry but although that may bee the case, you must fill out DEA reporting forms with the vendor. Most likely business name, address, DOB, SS #, business license and drivers license etc...

I'm not too sure if companies outside of the country want to bee party to violations of international law. Pretty much ask permission or potentially face consequences? I assume most people don't want to gamble on the possible consequences or deal with the necessary permissions...

Congratulations, you managed to convince that European supplier that you are doing something illegal. A regular customer doesn't ask them to put the wrong label on the package. Why would they be interested in helping you out for a shitty 20 to 100 bucks of profit when it can cost them many times more in fines?

Outside of the US rP is a perfectly legal and usually unwatched chem. There is no violation of international law taking place by sending it around, unless the package will have an incorrect customs declaration.

i believe i know exactly which company your talking about, they didnt respond to my emails either regarding optional shipping costs(they offer free shipping only i guess?) they do indeed ship to US but customs is a gamble, if its seized you will get empty packaging in mail, ,in my case an FDA guy came asking about the order about a year later but was more interested in how i found out about the company than what i was doing, they took the order forms and catalog and left, never heard from them again
