      Cleaning out all evidence & encrypting hard books.

I wrote this days ago, finally posting and hope it helps many continue to bee happy.. *SEE BOTTOM OF POST*

I've previously hinted towards this point: I don't BELIEVE one can hide their identity!
Your name (identity), address, car, or Face WILL BE LINKED with your purchases.

I must Question thee bee...
Is having a business entity illegal? NO!
Is buying chemicals illegal? NO!
Is buying chemistry equipment illegal? NO!
Is practicing chemistry illegal? NO!

So whats illegal?
Making "ILLICIT" substances And/or **POSSESSING** them.

'CYA' runs amok in my mind, daily, in every aspect of my life.. Work, biz, finances, investments, etc. I remind myself, "Cover Your Ass"! Good luck comes from CYA. Some bee's might call it 'logic', 'common sense', 'thinking' or otherwise..

I have come to the opinion that not a fraction of one percent of illicit drug chemists practice the concept/advice herein. But knowing hive Bees are considerably more intelligent than jack and jill up on the hill, there bee hope afterall.

Here's my 2, 3, & 4 cents worth.. Oh my sweet $hitty States of Hellmerica...

*Personal rant*PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR A$$ AND USE THE WONDERFUL BRAIN YOU WERE BORN WITH - THINKING CAN ACCOMPLISH ALL THINGS and them some beyond the limits of our imagination.*end of personal rant*

Little problem exists with the procurement of items, but problems rather after that. It is the repetitive and often synths; in ones own home; with politically incorrect books in the house when LE comes around selling religion.. lol

On the flip side of that coin, an entrepreneur of a bee might see the great demand for chemicals by individuals.. A handful of chemical stores nationally, still accepting antiquated dollar bills; meeting the necessary gov. reporting requirements while in FULL detail disclosing to the purchaser all such reporting the supplier performs; and eager to sell any customer the maximum legal qty's as often as legal..

Upon PURCHASE of your chemicals/labware/etc. They should essentially drop off the face of the planet! Such items whereabouts unknown to any human being (but yourself) in existence.

A) Having a home and/or property located (dreaming eh?) OUT IN THE COUNTRY (rural) with considerable distance/space from other propertys. Allowing space for any odors, privacy, exceptionally long notification of visitors (utilizing wireless video surveilance; computers with web cams at other locations; etc.) And most importantly of all, NOT endangering other people such as apartment'al neighbors.

*You should have NO CONNNECTION between your name and favorite vacation properties.

*Obtaining (renting, buying, etc) rural property without any link to your true name is easily accomplished. (i.e. renting from private owners a 'hard to rent' or 'in the middle of nowhere homes' with nothing more than ye Bee's completion and signature of a rental application/lease combined with your pot-o-gold :) Beee sure to trade your nice freshly minded & shiny gold nuggets for that colored paper.. Greeeen being the dealmaker.

B) Transport your legally obtained wares to your 'secret vacation destination' without anyone (i.e. your mother, or crazy masked mem with guns) succeeding in knowing of your destination location; via either following you, using electronic transmitters, and/or aircraft surveillance (not to mention the superb sattelite surveilance). Consider extremely busy enclosed parking garages for vehicles.   You want to think alot about things like stores/gas stations you may stop at these create lots of 'trails'. Your car, face, credit cards, locations/areas visited, routes normally travelled.. and much more..

Pay in cash..
Transport no more than one or two different types of suspicious items simultaneously.. (reconsider your painting supplies, cold medicine, and pretty purple crystals in a single store.. or on 2nd though quit while your ahead..)

Have a modified appearance such as sports fan clothing with baseball cap and eyeglasses.

And coming to your intersection soon! Many citys already have lots camera'd) Spend a week on your vacation getaway, relax, rest, then GO GO GO Gadget!

C) Clean UP!! Clean up safely and properly including waste disposal. Research, study and learn the proper methods of environmentally safe chemical disposal.

Note that trash is a big trail a person leaves behind. Permanently destroy all trash by burning/incinerating.

A perfect example was the Westerfield trial. A young girl was kidnapped later found dead having been murdered. Westerfield was the suspect, tried and convicted. This all took place in Southern California recently, back in 2003 if I recall.

In search of 'evidence', clues, or the girls body they had search teams of countless people side by side scour the local landfills (where most of your trash goes). Police found documents having belonged to the defendants attorney. I don't recall the documents content matter, but that stirred up a little bit trouble and could be a major issue in future cases. Prosecutor wanting to use as evidence (documents, notes, defendant statement to atty) stuff found in a landfill, discarded by defendants attorney which would otherwise be confidential and priviledged.

MY POINT IS: Trash, dug up years later could sting a bee.. So Bee Coverin Your Beehind!

D) Store your legitimate chemistry related items, materials, chems, etc. at 'A'.

Tips:
DO IT YOURSELF! Involve NO other person, friend, family member, etc in any aspect of your chemistry hobby! A single copy of SOMM or Total Synths found in your possession/home when LE comes a knockin is your guaranteed 'guilty' verdict from a jury. Possessing such 'INFORMATION' is viewed by LE, courts, jurors, & everybody as to being your intent (you only have that info becuase you intend to use it) and actions (you only have a book on it, cause you DID and are DOING it) irrelevant of anything else. I don't know if it's ever happened so to say but a sample scenario is Mr. Black gets his house 'raided'. Mr. Black has a copy of Total Synths in his library {SOMM/printouts from the Hive/synths saved on computer hard drive}, a box of nasal decongestants in the bathroom cabinet, bleach in the laundry room, drain opener under the sink, etc. all seized as evidence.

It is solely the information that WILL put dumb Mr. Black behind bars! Had he No such information and a half ass BLIND attorney would have him home in 5 mins.

But with your info possessed a jury (if you don't plea bargain) will hear of/see the information you had and immediately conclude you guilty and an evil person among other things.

The best available option/solution if you wish to keep information which is commonly looked down upon is full digitization, extreme enryption, stored on media not in your possession or home.

Childrens version: Use yee scanner to create some acrobat pdf (PaperPort reccommended) files of all your cool drug/anarchy/h4ckin books. Let yur MOMMY find yer books and toss them in the fireplace. Books and fingerprints bee toasty..

Now encrypt, encrypt some, more encryption, password compressed, encrypt, and keep doin it till ya feel secure in your freedom. Then buy a k00l new dvd burner and burn all your data to disc(s) and store those oh-so-small cd's someplace safe. GO BURY THEM SOMEWHERE.

If you can't live without being read yer books whenever you want, just share your collection of information on the net, afterwards you'd likely find your info mirror on websites or on P2P networks.

      A few principles

1) The cook does not gather
2) never cook at home
3) have everything that is shipped, mailed, or transported delivered to a safe address where it can be transhipped
4) keep you mouth shut.

Nothing work doing is done without some risk. The object is to minimize the risk. Use your head, keep the paths and papertrails from pointing to home, and you stay ahead of the game. If you keep you mouth shut, and you don't tweak under the streetlights after dark.

I' believe ya, as with so many people (worldwide & on the net) it's hard to imagine an never thought of before idea.

Depending on the person, their lifestyle, and experience with government would obviously dictate how open and unconcerned about purchasing chemistry supplies.

I always overkill my MiNd with common sense, such as not driving at late hours when the only traffic is drunks or %substance% users. My logic is they pull over every vehicle they see, fishing for one of the above (with good odds obviously).

geez: This bee absolutely agrees with ya on #1! As for #2 like mentioned (loudly) in my prior post, this is most dangerous MISTAKE one could make.

As for On #3, have yee flown into a window or two?, as I disagree.. :)

My logic is 1) the more cover-up (of final dest. w/shipped items), the more suspicious it looks and thus LE would dive deep into investigating that person/purchaser. (MiNd you, I'm NOT suggesting any or every bee go purchase/order using their true identity!!)

Such bee had better be able (knowledgable & experienced w/chemistry) to handle themselves, from explaining/talking with the supply company down to handling inquisitive LE.

2) My main point is this, "follow the package", and gee it's EVENTUALLY got to get into the chemists hands. There IS and will almost always be a link. It (in my mind) is imperative to realize this and be prepared..

You don't go taking trips in your car without a spare tire, right?

EXPECT AT ANY second throughout your occupation as a chemist to have LE visit you, and thinking that way be prepared with hopefully some provable and/or documentable legitimate reasons for having purchased x item(s) in addition to having NOT A FRIGGIN HARMFUL THING ANYWHERE NEAR YOU, in your car or home.

Take a moment to Think, IF police searched your home, this MOMENT, what would they find that is harmful to you???????
Drugs? Drug related information? Weapons? Evidence of other crimes? Stolen property? etc..

Well, having no tags is bad, of course big old red flag. It is also very very bad to have the wrong tags, if a cruiser should happen up behind you, and happen to be bored, and runs the plates. Well you'er driving a '88 ford shitbox and the tags are for a '99 pontiac sunflower, guess you are rather fucked then no? You can TRY and explain to the nice officer that some damn hooligan kid must have done it, but good luck. Even if you get plates from the same make/model/colour what if you get pulled over, say for speeding and can't produce matching registration? Opps indeed.

Around where I live, it really isn't a huge problem with roadside cameras, the ones that are in stores are barely good enough to get the occupants faces let alone a plate from a car outside. If i wanted to move something and leave the smallest trail I'd take the bus. I've accepted that at some point even a human will see me do somthing, it may as well be something that is absolutly normal, sitting on a bus. Pay the ticket with cash, wear your 'disguise', don't act odd.

But then again I am very often wrong :D

I' believe ya, as with so many people (worldwide & on the net) it's hard to imagine an never thought of before idea.

For your information, baby, this idea has been thought of and acted on so many damned times that there's no way for you to claim it as "yours". You may get away with doing it for a period of time but eventually you will be pulled over and a story as ridiculous as the one you suggest will not work. Once again, I ask you "who's" tags are they? You have to get them somewhere? Where?
