Wording of the CSA | ||||||
http://www.angeljustice.org/downloads/Ashcroft%20v%20Raich%20Respondent%20Brief.pdf I was reading the now released documents on the surpreme court case regarding medical marijuana Point 1 Part B in the Statement of the Case quotes the CSA as follows: "posses a controlled substance unless such substance was obtained directly" and then it goes on to talk about prescriptions. What do they mean it is illegal unless it was obtained directly? |
